Hey guys – From your experience, is Velocity servers a legit company? I bought a server almost 2 weeks ago and didn’t even receive an email receipt. It will also not let me log into the portal. There is no phone number or email address and they do not reply to any support tickets submitted in their “contact us” section. If anyone has any information before I initiate a dispute with my bank that would be great. Thanks

I know it’s not directly them, but maybe it’s worth contacting their parent company? http://vsnx.net/contact.php

Even their facebook link is dead and their twitter page has nothing.

Unaddressed Spamhaus listings notwithstanding, they’re definitely a legitimate company. How long ago did you contact their ticket center?

Well, they’re not so much the parent company, as Velocity is ColoCrossing’s ‘umbrella label’. It’s still all the same people – you can try to reach out to Jon Biloh or Alex Vial (avizzle, I think his name on WHT is), or use the ColoCrossing contact information.

If you could be so kind as to email sales@colocrossing.com we can look into this issue for you. Thanks!
