FTP File Storage Server

Currently I need to have more locations for backups of my company, I make about 6TB backup, I just need FTP accounts, otherwise a server with a lot of hard disk have good offer recommendations for me?

Well if location doesn’t matter than just about any provider that is in your budget will work. Obviously I would suggest going with a provider that has a good reputation but other than that I would check out the offers section to get an idea.

One thing though, most providers are not going to have the specs of the server you need listed on their site. So you will either need a custom quote from them or custom configure the server via their checkout page.

So just go to the provider of your choice and get the following config which is cost efficient and offers both performance and reliability to your data.

i3 processor
4-8GB Ram
4 x 3TB drives in Raid-5

That will give you 9TB of usable space and give you a read speed boost from the drives which is very important when doing emergency restores. It will also allow for a drive to fail without a server crash or data loss.
